Everything you need to know about how your flowers arrive — fresh, on time, and beautifully packaged.
Same-Day Delivery
Order before 2 PM for same-day delivery within the city. Orders placed after 2 PM ship the following morning.
Delivery Windows
Morning (9 AM – 12 PM), Afternoon (12 PM – 4 PM), and Evening (4 PM – 8 PM). Choose the slot that fits your recipient.
Coverage Area
We deliver across metro zones free of charge. Suburban addresses carry a flat fee of $8 based on distance.
Freshness Guarantee
Every stem is hand-inspected before dispatch. If a bloom arrives less than perfect, we replace it — no questions asked.
Additional Terms
- Deliveries to offices require a contact name and working phone number.
- We cannot leave arrangements unattended without prior approval.
- Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses may incur a re-delivery fee.
